We are seeking a Sales Operations Trainee (call center agent) to join our team! You will follow up with new leads and set follow-up appointments with the sale executive to qualify the leads. Responsibilities: Assist marketing communications to execute campaigns Monitor and track leads in CRM, answer any responses and inquires Follow up with high quality leads and set follow-up appointments for the sale executive Participate the discovery meeting to qualify the lead then transfer the qualified lead to the sales executive Reach agreed upon lead (qualified) targets Answer sales phone line for inquiries Maintain and update CRM with latest information for people, organizations, leads, and deals ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong relationship skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description LSPediA provides SaaS solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.
